I wrote more than 35 episodes of the children's drawing show, Pappyland, which has been broadcast on PBS, as well as The Learning Channel, appearing in more than 165 television markets nationwide. Its popularity peaked when it received an award from TV Guide, naming it one of the top ten new kids' shows. In addition to my role as Head Writer for the show, the production team asked me to write two activity books to be used in conjunction with the episodes- so I did. My first attempt at writing non-fiction for children, these books include instructions for crafts, as well as recommended readings and lesson plans for educators.
